- It is the practice of simply "being present". Our minds often wander from what happened in the past to what might happen in the future. The past has already happened and cannot be changed and the future is only a thought at this point with endless possibilities.
Yet, by having the mind this cluttered it can be exhausting, tiring, and sap our confidence and strength. Wouldn't it be marvelous if we can practice a method that avoids all this and can provide an improved clarity. Combine this with a defining mission and identity - you can become a powerhouse of focused energy, presence and emotion.
